I called at 14:15 and spoke to joyce who i explained to more than once the dates i want to check in the amount of people who will be checking in. She then took my details (email and cellphone number) to send me a quote and after about 30 min i call to follow up on the quote i was informed she has left for the day??? like seriously this is how service is delivered at this hotel??? Do i even want to book again??? will i ever refer someone??? with such pathetic service i am not prepared to do business with this hotel. I will however rather use another hotel where customer service will be delivered unconditionally... very disappointed
