Day before @ 19H30 Cheryllee called telling me I haven't booked the chapel. Contract & confirmation sheet signed said Chapel at 12pm. Corrie calls me to tell me if I can't change my wedding time then they can't help me & I didn't read my confirmation sheet properly, I went ballistic. We booked the bridal suite for sleepover& found a disaster, the lock of the door was broken/out. They refused to fix it; they told us to use the roller door to close. The serviettes was not the colour our wedding. Throughout the wedding no one I dealt with came to monitor the staff, after everyone left Corrie came to check on things, my wedding planner told her why we not spending the night she replied "They are being silly to make a broken door a reason not to sleep over". We dealt with 5 different people without notification. They refused to deal with my wedding planner when she asks them to clarify the contract. Corrie was utterly rude threating to cancel our booking if we don't get rid of our wedding planner. On 9 Oct food tasting as we were leaving we saw Corrie arguing with a guests (black man) shouting to him "Your kind of people are stupid, I am the owner here" I wonder what that meant
