Two weeks ago I called to complain that no one was getting back to me on my email queries and my payments were not being allocated to closing my self payment gap. I was called back by a lady that explained in detail and I was quite sattisfied, however little did I know that she was giving me incorrect information about how my benefits are going to pay out. I was horribly embarressed at the Chemist when he had to tell me the truth. Called in again to complain about her and find out what is going on and what will be done. When supervisor Garth eventually took my call he promised to listen to the recording and get back to me. Called later that day to say he will have an answer first thing next morning. No call. However shoved it off on another CC agent to call me that afternoon. She did not know what it was about and could offer me no resolution. Asked her to get him to call me back... surprise surprise no callback. went to the chemist again with s5 Dr prescribed medicine, and they still would not pay. Liberty, you have very good products, but your service is pathetic, that a client that spends almost R5000 pm is not even important enough to get a call back from a superviso
