I have been staying in Mont Blunc Heights for 18 months to be honest the 1st year was amazing but there after it all went down from there the resent incident happened a month ago where we had a storm and due to lack of maintenance one of the car ports pols went through the back window of my new BMW I was CC' in mails whish was send between the people on the comity instead of helping me the one guy said thy should not get involved as its too much paper work for them and that I should deal directly with their insurance there insurance came back rejecting my claim Reason for it being "Kindly be advised that in this regard severe storm is considered as an act of which can never result in our insured becoming legally liable for your damages due to the absence of any negligence on their part."
