We booked in here at zevenwacht friday 28 june. Saturday morning after breakfast we went out for the day and came back late the evening only to find that our cottage have not be cleaned properly. the kitchen towels and damp clothes were removed and not replaced by new ones, the ice cubes were left unfilled on top of the kitchen cupboard, empty coffee mugs and glasses were still on our bedside tables - not cleaned at all.
This morning, sunday 30 june, we went to zevenwacht mall and came back 13:30 just to find that our cottage have not be cleaned at all!! Not nice if you have tired and irritated kids after a few hours walking in the mall and you come back at your place just to find it like you left it. At this time of the day. We called the office and complain about it and the cleaning lady arrive an hour later. Now we have the inconvevience of standing around waiting for them to do their job while it should have been done the morning allready!
And on top of it all - the cleaning lady left, still no clean kitchen towels, still no filled ice cube trays and still a coffee mug on my bedside table like i left it this morning. Looks like ill have to clean it myself again.
