We'd like to Thank the staff at the Fourways Life Discovery Desk for assissting us during a frustrating time.
Our dad had a procedure to undergo on Wed 20th Nov 2013. We were confused with the details provided to us by the call centre and decided to go into Fourways Life to the Desk. Tiffany immediately assissted us and literally went out of her way to ensure that our policy was correct and that we had the correct authorization codes.
This meant we could go home and rest knowing that there would be no hassle in the morning.
We were so well looked after by the staff in Medical/Cardi Ward both before and After the procedure at Fourways Life Hospital.
Folks are quick to complain but slow to compliment and we just want to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to your team and Fourways Health for the great Care you took.
