I received a letter from net care 1002377541; PR 5805988 dated back Sept 09 2012, apparently discovery declined my babies new natal admission when she was born in September 2012 on a brand new medical aid plan! (penelope spoke to aneshka on 3 oct 2012 2589806616 loaded) I then call several times getting sent from pillar to post, finally I get through to Marc on the 14 may 2013 who confirms entities were not joined and billed thats why it declined however he has resolved the issue.22 November 2013 I get called for outstanding money for the same query. I then call and speak to Beverley Ammafai who confirms she cant help me but escalate it to relevant department and will give me a call on Monday. no call received! I then call again speak to Laverne on Tuesday 26 Nov 2013 who confirms auth in progress will be resolved by Thursday. I call in to confirm if my query resolved speak to Razia and guess what still not resolved! PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY and want this resolved today!!
