Patrick took the time to help me register or add my family members. Not only did he explain how their system works when coming to email sizes, he even helped scan the correct paper that has been a problem/a stumbling block in registering them. He's the best I've spoken to in the past 2 months. I've been trying to register my family from September 2013. Thank you for an exceptional and efficient service.
