Poor Customer Service Riverside Tsogo Sun

Hi

I've sent a simple request 3 days ago (29 Oct 2013) via the "contact us " email address on the Riverside Tsogo Sun website. To date i haven't received a response. For one there is no acknowledgement of the email to say "Thank you for the query ..our consultants will contact you etc ". No feedback whatsoever!!!

I'm my opinion this is highly unprofessional and inefficient, especially considering you in the hospitality industry. I look forward to your prompt response in due course. The whole idea of me contacting you early is so that you can accommodate my initial request, but how can this happen without any form of acknowledgement.
