Due to an error on the retailers card machine i was incorrectly charged twice on my debit card in Dec 2013 . I was promised that they will refund me, however after more than a month of phoning and requesting progress I have still not been paid. I am very disappointed, as at the time this incident occurred they assured me that the refund will take 7 working days. I have now given up on following up with them as its not worth the effort
