I called the call centre got transfered from Mannie and then eventually answered by Paulma and then transfered agan between departments for 56 min and still no help. I held onto an agent Christelle Trosky's line for over 20 min while she spoke to her team leader, who according to the agent the phone answered the call on it own and she did not know a client is on her line.
