Claims not being paid

I have sat for hours on the phone to a variety of different people who just seem to pass me onto other people to deal with my query. I have a whole bunch medical claims, particularly for nappies for my disabled son, that have not been paid since 2011 even though the claims were made within the 4 month time limit, and what a surprise there is no record of it!! As well as most recently homeopath claims that have not been reimbursed to me AGAIN!!! No one contacts me when there is an issue with a claim. Even an automated email response stating that there was a problem with the claim would be better than no response at all!
