After numerous requests for a application form i was finally sent one on the 18th of Nov '13 which i filled in and sent back imediately, i never received any feedback, phoned in again on the 25th I spoke to Mkosi (manager) 10:10 who when i phoned back was all off a sudden "sick" and unable to take my call, i then spoke to Pumla Zivi at 13:44 on the 25th who thought it was ok to swear while speaking to me, again to Mkosi on the 28th of November 2013 as well as Jonathan at 11:49 and 12:07. And all off this just to find out if my application form was being attended to or what was going on since not one person in this whole time deemed it nessisarry to phone me back I then told Pumla to cancel the application. I applied at a different medical aid and was exepted in 3 days, just to get a text message from Medshield to inform me i am now a proud new member!!! It took another 4 phone calls (from my side since they STILL didn't phone me back) to take me off. I was then promised that by that afternoon it will be corrected... STILL NOT, it took another phone call before this was done!!
