My Mother was registered on the Oncology program at Discovery Health end of July 2013.From day one there has been a lack of feedback and a poor to non existant response time.
In short - Discovery - shame on you - for people suffering from Cancer to have to fight constantly for assistance from the very people you trust with your welfare. Considering we have been with Discovery for over 12 years now, nice to take premiuims monthly but a massive battle to pay some money out, even when pre-authorised.
