I was on discovery medical for many years and for some reason thought that a cost saving due to financial crises would be to change medical aid. Big mistake I have had previous issues with discovery and have always been able to resolve them, if not in my favour at least I had a valid and acceptable reason to problems that may have occured but at least someone listened and took the time to assist. I have jumped from medical to medical and have finally realised that the best was the 1st Discovery are tops in South Africa and if you consider any other due to a cost saving it is at your own peril. Well done discovery.
