I am actually very disappointed to do this, but I have to as I am getting no response from the owner. We have had a very good working relationship over the years and now it is turning sour. When they had a group booking and they couldn't accommodate the whole group, they would book the remaining guests with us where Thomas, the owner would pay us. I have been battling to get R10 200.00 out of this lodge that has been owed to us since March 2012 and we are entering 2014 soon. I have spoken politely to the owner, sent two faxes on two different dates to his personal fax number, but no response. I told him the amount can be paid in installments, which we got some of, but nothing is happening with the balance of R10 200.00. Why does a person have to battle to get money from any kind of entity? We offered a service, so we require our money.
