I bought a hearing aid set from them a while back. The entire measurement and fitment was handled brilliantly by Estie.
When I experienced problems this was resolved without any qualms.
I have had my hearing aid sprayed with water a short while back to such an extend that the water pushed past it into my ear canal. I removed and sent it in for testing.
The unit was tested, serviced and cleaned without any cost to me.
The response time and contact from their office was brilliant.
