I'm MR Minnaar on thursday2013-10-31 at about 18:00 the abulance came 2 my room where I was lying, on tuesday I pulled something in my neck but didn't think much of it only if I reacted then. My neck on thursday made a loud huge bang sound and I just fell back on my bed and laid as still as possuble untill nedics came. I was taken 2 life hospital where I'm currently still lying!! They took x-rays and saw no bone is hurt. They then applied 2 medical aid 2 do an MRI and the medical aid said NO!!! Funds is used up in that area. Now ii ask how must the doctor assist me 2 get well if he can't do the mri scan. They say I must pay R6500 then they can do it or I must go to frere and wait 2 weekd for a scan but I have an medical aid. Is this fair because I'm lying 4 days in very big pain and the staff is trying 2 make it as comfortable as possible. There is a month and 28 days left before a new year. Surely the medical aid can see this neck injury as a great concern and a threath to my career and future.
