My son was admitted on the 10th of October at mulbarton hospital and I was asked to pay R500 upfront and that made me so furious because I didn't see a need for that but was told the medical requires that so I paid it and told them I'll take it up with my medical aid, I sent you an enquiry shortly and on the 15th I got mail stating that the refund was gonna be processed, however yesterday a lady called me to tell me I should go to the hospital and ask for refund? Why must I be running around, who is gonna pay for my petrol and time driving around to get my refund, what service is this?
