Pathetic Service

We had a medical emergency this Saturday 2nd of November whereby our 16 months old son had an allergic reaction to something and swelled up really badly. We took him to ER Medi-Clinic in Sandton at 6 a.m. in the morning and were attend it to to by a doctor on call who could not tell a difference between, well, anything. He looked like he was scared of his own shadow and the his diagnosis was i will run and phone someone who knows something. I thought he was going to google what the problem was. We were passed onto the pediatrician on call Dr Richard who were had dealings with before and got rid him of him as he is not able to attend to anything on time and we mean 3 hour waiting every time. This was not different we had to wait for him again 2, 5 hours, seen by him for 3 minutes and asked to see him in his rooms for further observation and after waiting further 2 or so hours we gave up as he simply did not pitch. Thankfully our son was looking visibly much better and we decided to take him to his pedestrian on monday but to Dr Richard we would like to extend our sincerest you and you will be hearing from our people soon enough... best of luck...
