I joined in march 2013 and momentum told me I get full maternity benefits on the access plan and April I phoned in and they gave me maternity authorisation no that I must use for whole maternity and the guy told me I get 12 gynecologist visit and 2 free peditrician visits but 2 months back when I went only for my 5th scan they refuse to pay and for my 6th scan also not then I phoned momentum and they told me my scans for gynecologist is finish they told me I only get 4 scans then I asked to speak to manager derina and she said she wil listnen to recording and she came back to me and told me sorry the guy did say I get 12 visits but he gave wrong invo so she said even if he said I get 12 I cant I only get 4 so how can they say u get something and when its time to claim they say different and say sorry thr guy gave wrong invo and now momentum is also telling me that they dont cover full for anestetist and peditrician I meen im 8 months preganant and now I have too stress about this
