Worst service, 2hrs to assist 1 patient

last week thursday i took my child to midrand west clinic.i got there just before one as i worked halfday .the receptionist firstly ignored me,when i explained what i am there for she took my childs clinic book and told me to go sit.it finally came to my turn to go see the sister so that my child could be examined .there was no one behind me so i told the sister i did not get the file yet and asked if i could go ask at reception .she then just nodded her head.when i asked at reception ,she asked "hhe want do you want?"i told her i need the file they ready to see us .off which she took my child's book and threw it at me saying"i dont find it go!! in the presence of the guy whom informed people where to sit ect .im not sure if he was a senior .he didnt say anything.when i got to the room for examination of my child the sister tells me i dont do check ups only "skaal"(weight check).

i had to leave and i went to a doctor private using money i had to use for transport for the rest of the month.

service is bad bad bad ...beyond ?there are many unemployed people willing to do great jobs those people should just get fired cause they playing with their jobs and disrespect the public.90% of the people complained because of rudeness from staff i believe they sat only because they did not have a choice. Midrand west clinic is BAD
