Unprofessional Treatment at Brenthurst Clinic

Points you need to know on how people are treated at Brenthurst Clinic, 4 Park lane, Parktown.
In the wards:
The service is extremely BAD.
The nurses don't attend to you properly.
They don't come and clean you, they don't even offer to clean you when you are unable to do it yourself.
They expect family members to come and clean you like in a public hospital.
The nurses and dr's have absolutely no idea on how to talk to a patient. Asking you "if you for the day" that is soo unprofessional. Who appointed these people.
How can a patient be left alone over night till 11:00 the next day laying in his waste and only when visitors came and asked questions and complaint, the nurses jumped to clean the patient...???
In ICU:
ICU staff being and unprofessional.
Making statements like "This is not Cape Town"
All the black staff is soo quick to call the race card, but its fine and expectable for them to be towards whites, coloureds and Indians. Unacceptable!!
How is it possible that you could be alive and well, even talking the one day asking the sister/nurse "why she is soo cruel towards me" and the next day declared dead...???
THIS LIFE HOSPITAL MUST BE CLOSED DOWN!!
