Something simple made really Difficult

I consulted Garden City Casualty ward on the 8th October 2013, The service was excellent as usually, However i did not receive a note from the doctor booking me off for that day, When i returned to work i handed in a leave form however our HR came back to me saying that i needed a doctors letter for that day. I asked my wife to call and request a letter as i am on her medical aid, She did this and was told to e- mail a request to [Email Removed] she did this on the 24th October 2013, she called every day since and spoke to two ladies, Tshelani and Mary, On one occasion Tshelani told my wife she is busy and will see if she has time to do this, This was on the 30/10/2013 6 days after the e-mail was sent, Mary is never at work even though she had promised to do it. I am currently on the line with casualty the time is 10h59 i requested to speak to the same to persons and have been transferred to Casualty more than 5 times eventually i ended up in the emergency ward i asked whom i was taking. I have been to Helen Joseph Hosp a government hosp some years ago and needed this to be done & believe it or not it was done on the same day. I need a docs note or i will lose a days salary.
