I asked for a clinic card I know when it was issused they shouldve looked after it but the mother and father passed away and we could not find the child clinic card came there for help 1st it was said they can't find any records gave again mothers details stil no response is jus for me it don't make sense that there is no record while the mother had both her kids there its been almost a year now coz really the child needs to get his education and he needs the clinic card I can't just come everytime and give same details over and over again then no one contacts me
