GEMS is currently withholding claims from me. I have followed every guideline to be reimbursed for the claims that I have submitted. When i followed up with an enquiry all I received was an automatic e-mail reply stating I would be contacted telephonically, I was not contacted telephonically within 48 hours of receiving this and have still not received any contact info to report this to a complaints division.
On the 2nd of October 2013 I was sent an sms claiming my claims would be processed by the 11th of October. This did not happen. I wrote a complaint on the 14th of October and it was not replied to at all save for the automatic response. This money has been owed to me for more than 6 months and from multiple medical practices.
