I was admitted on the 29th of August to deliver my baby. I wrote a comment card regarding unsatisfactory service when I was discharged. Ward manager called me and left voice mail as I missed her call. I was expecting that she will follow up on the query since she could get hold of me after trying once. When I went to fecth birth certificate, two weeks later, still haven't received feedback on my complaint.clearly, its ecceptable to receive such service if the issues we bring foward are not attended.even after I commented on the feedback email the hospital sent, no feedback on my comment. Then what's the use of them having comment card/feedback emails if they not attended to...
