I paid cash for three different consults and my medical was charged. So essentially double payment. I spoke to Maria and she said the system just does that. I do not find that acceptable and is paramount to.
Two of my consultations were refunded to me bu my medical aid and the third one was paid to the supplier, being MC.
I emailed Maria last week and today and I am ignored.
Is my next step the council???
Please be adivsed that only email communication will entertained. So please dont say you tried to call and no-one answered and throw my complain in the bin/file 13
