It took Momentum almost 4 weeks, 4 emails from my broker, 1 fax from him, numerous emails from me and a Hellopeter complaint before they actually sorted out my claim (which they're only paying a very small percentage of). After all of that though, my favourite part was receiving emails where a consultant was saying my broker was being "? rrate". Not only am I off by the lack of professionalism but also the fact there's name calling too. I would hate to know what they call me behind my back. Definitely time to move onto a more mature medical aid that responds to emails and claims.
