After my previous complaints about Tracker and the attorneys they used being the attorneys referred to in this complaint I received an apology and the refund of monies deducted from my account illegally.
But all that was supposed to be an apology for the mistakes / action took against me, was proved to be just temporary, as Saturday 11 May I received another email from the attorneys informing me that my Tracker account. Is in arrears!
Wow - incompetence, no administration beware tracker clients you may also be the victim of these people!
*nd when you send them an email or try to phone them you will not receive a reply nor will you be able to get hold of them!
I want all the clients that are being victimised because tracker and the attorneys are incompetent to contact me, I want to report this to the consumer commisioner and to the law society.
