I had booked an operation & submitted loads of forms & information over what must be 2 months. Every time I get a message back that they need something else. The time taken in between responses has resulted in the operation date being missed. Now they say the can't provide a preassessment as the date has expired. I have never experienced such incompetence from a non-government organisation before. I am seriously doubting whether Discovery is the right provider for me.
To say I am irate is an understatement.
