I called Discovery in the month of May to see what they would pay for when I had my wisdom teeth removed. The call center operator went through my quote, CODE BY CODE and said "we will pay for everything". I stressed to the agent that they must be sure else I would not go for the operation. They assured me that my bill would be paid for in full. So I went for the operation. My claim was rejected and for the past couple of months discovery have been listening to my calls. They found the correct one, advised that my claim will be re-processed. This morning my claim got re-processed for the 4th time and was rejected. Then they tell me they cannot see that I wan in hospital for the operation. I cannot keep up with all these different stories as if you guys are desperatly searching for loopholes not to help me. I am starting to loose my patience with you guys. Get your story straight please and contact me with some helpful information because every time I phone I speak to someone who cannot help me, or gives me different amounts I have never heard of. I pay so much money per month only to find that I am being insulted by my own medical company when I need their help
