I called in to request a plan change a while ago... was told I do not need to send anything as I was on the plan for less than 6 months! When I called again, I was told it was too late, HOWEVER it can be flagged!!! EDLEY whom I spoke to confirmed that he would get his guys to listen to the call and call me back FRIDAY 25/01/13 as this takes 2DAYS! I called in Friday and was promised a call... Monday again (twice) and was told that Edley would call me back!!! STILL NO CALL and I need to make a decision together with my gynecologist!!!
SURELY YOU DON'T TAKE CUSTOMERS SERIOUS!
