I bought a thermometer from Mkem, and We were not happy with the product but the night manager and nurse, who were both abrupt and unfriendly, certainly not the image that Mkem portrays, did not want to refund or exchange the product even though there was no defect and I had the proof of purchase. I gave them the reason for returning (even though I did not have to). Mkem only return policy displayed is that the receipt accompany the product! Pathetic! Alta- the night manager, said we should come back during the day because she was not prepared to lose her job over a thermometer! Can the night manager not MANAGE the pharmacy like the day manager can? Inconvenience. Educate the staff with the Consumer Rights Act because it clearly states that I have ALL the right to return and receive a full refund. I refer you to sections Sec 2 (56) as well as Sec 20.
