No Feed Back or updates call centre play ping pong

On numerous occasions e-mails have been sent and phone calls have been made in order to downgrade my medical aid plan however there is just no response from discovery. All supporting documents were sent as required and still no e-mail confirmation or a phone call confirming new premiums. The service is terrible.
