I was too, just to get the sale

When shopping for a medical aid, I was looking for a plan where all maturnity requirements would be included, and paid for by the scheme, and not deducted from my medical aid savings account.
When I spoke to the consultant who signed me up, he told that on this plan, all maturnity benefits was included, as pregency is considered as a PMB (Prescribed minimum Benefit). This included the Gyni visits and scans. On Friday, 27 September 2013, I called in with an enquiry, and I thought - Let me confirm the benefits. I found out the I was to. But unfortunately I have everything in writing. I spoke to Sylvia Hlakula on 30 September 2013, as she tried to take this matter to a "higher power" Mr Abrhams, who is the Team Leader. I'm still waiting for FEEDBACK!!! Then I got in contact with the Regional Manager: DMA - Mr Carl De Campos. It seems that my case is not been taken seriously. I have spent so much time and money e-mailing aand phoning Spectramed to get feedback. I am logging a formal complaint with the Medical Scheme Council, the Consumer Protection Act, and I have also contacted my lawyers who have identified that I do indeed have a case!!! Keep your promise or pay me back!
