Waiting for a membership number for my son

With my son being 21 he needed a seperate policy. Well, its NOT as easy as it sounds. Since 12/12/2012, date of application we STILL do not have cover for him. It has been like pulling hens teeth and to top it all, if I did not call to find out the progress (OF WHICH THERE HAS BEEN NONE) who knows by year end he may still not have medical cover. he is a student and does not work, they required a statement signed by a commisioner of oath, which they got. after days of waiting I called yet again and only to be told this time that they require another statement that he does not have a banking acount, which they got. I have been pushed frompillar to post and I have spoken to so many staff and had to REPEAT my matter ALL THE TIME, CANT WE SPEAK TO ONE PERSON? I was told by Tarin on the 21st that she would esculate the case once she got the statement but in the same breathe said "if my son needed medical help it would be at our cost" for no fault of mine or for me not giving them what they needed! The Police stamp on the second statement sent on 22/01 was too light (yet again I called them) on 28/01 which says nothing was done for 4 days?? but take my money you will :(
