I called the physiotherapy place to make an appointment. The cleaning staff answered and requested my name and number. When I got there I was seen by a lady called Tali and I explained that my neck, back and thigh muscles were extremely sore. She then said she would work on the areas I mentioned. However she had only massaged my neck and shoulders for about 20 min when she said she was done. I then asked about my thighs as I had explained that they were painful and had difficulty walking and sitting. She then said she had another client waiting and she just put some tape on them. She was also very reluctant to even inspect the muscles to see what was wrong. I had to ask her over and over again. I even offered to wait until she was done with her client but she declined and said I was only booked for 30 minutes. 1stly, I was not even asked what was wrong with me when I called in. I was only asked for my name and contact number. How was I supposed to know that I would need to be booked for an hour for her to complete the service I required? I feel cheated treated unfairly. She did not complete the service I required and instead, she gave priority to another client.
