I have mailed Bank Enquiries on 02/09/2013 (Ref 30000000027466572) requesting my Tax Certs as i have resigned from them in August 2012. They had sent me the doc stating I was on the med aid for the complete period. I corrected them on 30/09/2013 (Ref 30000000027921329) saying i had resigned on that date. They then replied with the letter ONLY to state how long i had been on med aid which was correct. I then replied on 02/10/2013 (REF-30000000027946062) to state, please can i have the complete forms all together, as in the correct info containing the letter and tax cert. Today, the whole thing is messed up again? Does any1 there know what they are doing? Can someone pls supply me with my correct information?
