I was supplied with a pair of crutches recently post an injury from this company. The hospital to which I was admitted seems to use them - so I had no input in the original choice.
In my view, a company that operates in the medical services sector, and deals with clients that have (likely) suffered an injury of some sort should maintain a high level of client care and tact. My dealings with this company have been rather abrasive. It involved one telephonic conversation, and two email responses - all of which were essentially demands for payment of a relatively small amount, very abrupt, and, in my view, rude.
Compassion in this industry should not be optional - but essential! This is certainly NOT a company I will make use of or recommend (if ever I have the misfortune and require similar services again)!
