As a member of Hotel Express I requested Kwena Phukubye (Sales Consultant) to book accommodation in KZN (Durban) and on the 25th June 2013 Kwena Phukubye reverted back to me with a quotation that did not provide me with the discount as stipulated in my contract. The Query was escalated to Sharon Meth (Sales Manager) who promised to deal with the matter then revert back to me by end of business that day, till today she has NOT. When I called to followup a week later she was no available, as she is still not available today. She then left a massage with Kwena Phukubye today (1st October 2013) requesting I call the 021 674 5488 for assistance. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with the level of incompetence.
