Dont't bother following up and giving feedback

I took the membership in April, now I have been trying to book an accommodation with no success because there is no feedback, I must always call to follow up and the consultant doesn't even remember about my booking.

All I need is my full refund so that I can be able to book for myself, I didn't that Hotel Express is so unprofessional.
