VICKI not responding to email and telephone calls

I had a extremely bad experience with this Dr BR Roux accounts staff. i am totally disgusted by receiving a Fina Demand letter and demanding me to pay R1203.10 within 7 days where as this was discussed with Vicki and she told me she will re-submit this account to the medical aid and i did follow up via telephone and had a personal conversation with her related to this. I felt that this is a huge issue for me to deal with and take this matter personal.
