I visited the spa for my birthday. (I have been to this same spa quite a few times before) And I have to say, that after that last experience, I will definitely find myself another spa. The quality of the treatment performed on me was shocking! And this spa has won "Best spa of the year" a few years ago. They have really let go of their standards.
Something simple such as painting toenails, seemed to be impossible for them to do. It truly looked like a child painted my nails. On the evening of my birthday party, the gel (applied on the same day) started peeling off! What an embarrassment!
When one enters the spa, you walk into about 5 therapists behind the reception desk, chatting away. I am truly shocked by the whole experience. I am a fully qualified therapist myself, so obviously I know what the standards are.
While sitting in the waiting area, all the therapists would walk past, dragging their feet in flip flops. Super annoying!! It's also very obvious that management places a lot of pressure on the therapists to push products. Pushy sales = annoying
