About 2 weeks ago i phoned the tollfree call centre number and requested my tax certificates as i need it for my e-filling.
i requested from 2006 - 2009 (when i left the saps) and was told it will be emailed to me within 48 hours.
about 1 week past and i phoned again and requested the same thing and again i was told i will receive it within 48 hours.
about 3 days past and i then decided to email my request through to the given email address on the website and was also sent and email back saying i will receive it within 48 hours or a consultant will call me.
i then decided to email the complaints department and was also sent an email back saying i will receive feedback within 48 hours or a consultant will contact me.
up to date i have received nothing and have not heard from GEMS
