My husband was brought into the trauma unit after a motorbike accident, when I got there to see him I was rudely chased out along with my family. While sitting at the waiting area three other patients left due to lack of service, one was bleeding all over and waited until she decided to drive herself with the injuries she had to another hospital.
Later on I went in to see my husband with my sister we were told to leave as only one person was allowed which I understood but I then realized that there was a white family that were in the same ward with more than one visitor I was furious because clearly we are not treated the same, what applies to one should apply to all.
The doctor treating my husband had such a bad attitude and when I tried to get her practice number to complain I was sent from pillar to post and only got it after 4hours.
The hospital resembles a public hospital, the service is so bad but you pay for it.
