I BOOKED A PERFECT DATE NIGHT THROUGH THE CENTRAL RESERVATION FOR PEERMONT. WE WERE TO STAY AT THE MONDAZURE SAN LEMMER. WE WERE INFORMED AS THE ADVERT SAID THAT WE WOULD BE PAYING R950 FOR THE PACKAGE WHICH WILL INCLUDE DINNER BREAKFAST & A COCKTAIL.
NUMBER ONE THEY FIRST COULD NOT FIND MY PAYMENT AND TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY 980 BECAUSE OF AN ECO CHARGE I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF. WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS THE RECEPTIONIST BASICALLY SAID IT IS MY FAULT BECAUSE I BOOKED THROUGH CENTRAL RESERVATION AND NOT THE MONDAZURE OFFICES. KEEP IN MIND THE ADVERT ONLY HAD THE CENTRAL RESERVATION DETAILS ON IT.
WE RECIEVED A VOUCHER FOR R20 INSTEAD OF A COCKTAIL AS THE ADVERT SAID WE WOULD. THE VOUCHER CANT BE USED TO BUY A COCKTAIL BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL OVER R30.
WE WERE NOT INFORMED THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE A BUFFET AND CANNOT TAKE OFF THE MENU MUCH TO OUR DISAPPOINTMENT
RESTURAUNT STAFF WERE RUDE WHEN WE PAID FOR OUR MEAL WITH THE VOUCHERS.
OUR ROOM HAD NO BALCONY AS PROMISED . IT HAS A WINDOW WITH A RAILING ON IT.
BATHROOM TOWELS WERE NOT REPLACED AFTER WE HAD USED THEM.
WE WERE NOT INFORMED THAT WE HAD TO HAVE A BAND TO ENTER THE BEACH SO WASTED TIME WALKING THERE, THE STAFF ARE NOT HELPFULL.
