I'm waiting for a call back for a whole week

I have called the call centre on 17/09/2013 and spoken to a lady {Daveshee} and gave her my complain to which she could not assist me with, and she advised me that she will get the correct info and call me back in 10 mins on the 17/09/2013 to date i still did not receive a call or any feed back.
is this what discovery is all about.
please can someone assist me.
