I have ordered and payed per credit card on the 30th of June 2013 from Dischem online. It was a Sunday so I expected them to process the order on the Monday. I waited the whole week on the 5/07/2013 (Fri) a guy called Glen phones me and says they dont have one of the products I ordered. We got to a agreement to take a smaller amount. He then continued to say that he will send it off straight away. I asked him if they deliver on Saturdays and he said Berco will deliver. Waited nothing whole weekend. Today (8/7/2013) I phoned and speak to Glen he says that Berco doesnt work on saturdays. And that he will make an exception to deliver my stuff within the next 2 or 3 days. This will make it 8 or 9 working days. When they on the website says 3-5 working days. Very dissapointed as I am a weekly shopper at Dischem. So we shall now wait and see whether I get my stuff or not. Will never make use of Dischem Online Shopping again.
