What happened to service. I am a Debtors manager and debtors one-o-one is to communicate with your client. Courtesy is to contact your client and if that does not work then reminders. Sending out letters via our postal service is not a option. Who trusts our postal service today?
After receiving a SMS from Elizabeth I left 2 messages as she was not available on separate days ( -month ago) now I receive a SMS from a collection company.
What happened to service, no matter if it is collection or any other type of service.
I have no problem making payment as it is due, I was never aware it was due or even outstanding before the first SMS was received. That is my problem...
